North Conway Grand Hotel

North Conway Grand Hotel

8/10 Good
"We didn't realize how much of a family-friendly place it is and were surprised by the multitude of children running around. There was no room in the pools or even the hot tubs to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. It was nice that the pool had adult hours; however, it started at 10 pm, which is much too late. So, we were never able to take advantage of the pool/hot tubs, which was the only adult amenity available."

The Green Granite North Conway, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The Green Granite North Conway, an Ascend Collection Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"PROS: We liked our room, clean, AC worked great (very important to us), fridge, microwave, TV, bed was comfortable. Property was set up well with plenty of parking, staff was friendly and accommodating. Free Continental breakfast was awesome each day, always some hot item, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns etc along with the usual cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, juice etc..can't go wrong there. Close to the areas we wanted to visit. Plenty of restaurants around (although stay away from China Chef, Pu Pu platter was all over cooked or re-heated, dried out, terrible, worst I ever had). We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of clothing outlets nearby, all the brand names if your looking for that. CONS: Our room could have used a little upkeep on simple things. Bulb out in bathroom, door handle on slider was almost falling off. Not a deal breaker, still was happy with our room. Traffic in afternoon can be challenging but that goes with the territory. Bottom line, as I said earlier, would stay here again. Rates are reasonable!"
