"Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. "This property was exactly what we needed for a business trip to the area. It snowed pretty heavily before we arrived and the drive was clear. Plenty of room to work and relax. The property manager was very hospitable and communicated very well. WILL stay here again in the future! Thank you for the great space!"

Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off.
