“Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. ”

“The front desk staff were wonderful. The cabins were so cozy and probably some of the best beds I've slept in. Indoor pool was a favorite for the kids in addition to the toasting of marshmallows. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Inn & More in the XL room! Everything from start to finish was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room and entire property were very clean, and the premises felt inviting and well cared for. There’s even a small play area for kids, which was a nice touch for families. “The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding to my requests. The room I had was above average, but many of the electrical outlets were not working, nor was the room phone. Stayed an extra night before leaving and found the pool/hot tub building closed much earlier than what was posted.”

“Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious.”
