“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“Friendly staff, comfortable bed & good air conditioned room. Walking distance to various tourist attractions. But we can’t really closed the window so we got a bit noise from the street. ”

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“Hotel location is good. The room is clean and comfort. We have 2 rooms booked, 1 room with 4 sockets and 1 room with 2 only. Having 2 people in one room, 2 sockets is not enough as people has many things to charge when back to hotel. ”

“What a great place to stay - so central and wonderful customer service. We had a clear glass Juliette balcony door that overlooked the City Hall and thus enabled us to keep it open all night to have fresh air. Clean, comfortable bed with all the comforts of fridge, coffee/tea service, etc. and safe. Breakfast was a bit of a let down with regard to the cooking of the eggs so we went out to the deli in the next block the next morning.”

“入住前有標註希望安排河景跟高樓層，抵達時與同行客戶一起報到，提到房間尚在整理中請稍後，最後卻跟客戶拿到同樣4樓的房間(最高12樓)，感覺被戲耍....”

“Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor. 鄰近商場及巴士總站, 轉變走多十分鐘便是主要大街. 附近亦有超市及找換店, 十分方便”

“酒店外牆搭上棚架，90%房間位於地舖樓上，而其中幾個地舖連同隔鄰地盤進行拆卸工程，早上九時開始，被拆卸工作嘈音吵醒已算了，更出現樓層搖晃、震盪，程度不輕，但由預訂酒店至 check in 入住，酒店亦沒有任何相關資訊及通知，實在有隱瞞情況。”
