“Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.”

“The room was clean and comfortable with decent tea and coffee making facilities that could be topped up from reception. There was some scuffs and dents in panels in the bathroom particularly but the beds were comfy and fir the price it was perfect for a quick stop while visiting family.”

“Nice enough staff but that is about it.
Hotel was run down, dirty, our room wasn’t clean, there was glass on the bathroom floor, glass by the double doors by the elevator.
Mentioned to the staff but glass from the ground floor wasn’t picked up for over 24h. Had a puppy in the room with us but the floor wasn’t safe as there was nails poking up and carpet missing ”

“We booked two rooms - one of which hadn't been cleaned on arrival but staff were very helpful and quick to sort an alternative room.
Rooms are run down unfortunately and could do with some TLC in places.
But the rooms are a really good size so as a large family across two rooms we didn't feel cramped.
Car park is chargeable which doesn't guarantee you a space in there. We wne to out to find the car park very full despite having already paid so just something to be mindful of.
