「The check in was automatic, fast and easy. The room is spacious with a lot of amenities provided. The shower was hot and strong enough. The bed / mattress was comfortable. Everything looks so clean. 「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...

「Das Hotel war sehr sauber, sehr modern, sehr zentral gelegen. Busse und Fähre sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, alle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Besonders hervorheben muss man die große Kinderfreundlichkeit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Essen im Restaurant oben ist empfehlenswert und das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.」

「We had our room upgraded after a guest checked out a day earlier than planned. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, giving it a homely feel. Our stay was very comfortable on a quiet street, and the two ladies at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay overall. The only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit low.」
