「Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again.」

「My friends had a good time on our weekend stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were really nice. The outdoor area was a bonus, we liked the patio and yard space for outdoor activities. The house had everything we needed and were even provided extra toiletries. My only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements, the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable but we doubled up on mattresses and it worked out fine.」

「We loved that parking was easy and the neighborhood was very walkable. It may be too far away for some folks, but we were able to walk to the Botanic Garden and have a nice outing. Everything about the stay was easy and we appreciated that the hosts had things set up to meet our needs when we arrived.」

「Nice place. Suited our needs for attending a graduation at WashU. Only issue was the information emailed to us mentioned a pull-out sofa, but the location does not have one. Also, the WiFi information in the book wasn’t accurate and the correct information was sent in the check-in email. Bare bones, but covered what we needed.」

「Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

「Nice property just minutes from SLU and Downtown. Easy drive to get to the local Universities and an inexpensive Uber ride to get Downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The property just about had everything you needed.」

「Overall good experience, pretty quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and tidy. Only complaint we had was parking. There’s only one parking spot and other vehicles have to park at various streets a block or two away if you can get an open spot. Other than that everything was great!」

「We had a great time! The Red Barn was just what we needed for some quiet time to relax and take our time in St. Charles. The location is the perfect distance from the main street so you don't have to walk far to find something to do, but it's also not right on the "main drag" where you'd have people walking by all the time. Thanks for the hospitality!」

「Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!」

「Very nice place to stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting St Louis - most everything is close by. Across the street is Tower Grove Park - lots to do their. Try to go to Friday Food Trucks if you can. That was fun. The duplex was clean and quiet and very. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Ryan was extremely helpful before checking in, during our stay and follow up afterwards. The apartment was clean, questions were answered promptly and we felt extremely comfortable. Location is a residential neighborhood, which adds to the feeling of coming home after enjoying all the city has to offer. Great restaurants nearby!」
