Kirra Beach

Staff were friendly, lovely staff and helpful. Pools and spa area is really lovely. Great little cafe attached. Super close to Pacific Fair and bus/tram services. Our room was clean, shower area could do with an exit mould and scrub but otherwise fine. View from balcony was very average and construction across the road was noisy during the week. Good location.

Room appeared to be clean, but on a closer look there was dried dirt marks in the bathroom, old sunflower seeds under the bed and gritty floors. The desk phone also didnt work. I attempted to call front desk of my own personal phone multiple times but it always disconnected after the automated menu. Lift to the basement carpark wasnt in use most days we were there meaning we had to use the stairs, which was not disability friendly. Room provided the basic function but that was about it.
