New Luxury Villa EOS only 20 metres from the sea.
The property is located in area Nopigia offering a spectacular beachfront location with breathtaking views sweeping across the gulf Kissamos
This contemporary and extremely spacious Villa consists of four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,living room and full enquipped kitchen suitable for eight persons.
The exquisitely designed Villa also boasts indoor annd outdoor areas and has access to a large private pool.The swimming pool is 55m2 (1,45m deep) .Also there is children's pool and Jacuzzi
Relax in the jacuzzi with an unobstructed view of the sea
Separate sunbathing, relaxing and dining areas. High quality sun loungers,sofas and other casual seating.
It is separated into two floors with special emphasis being placed on letting you have a breathtaking panoramic view of Kissamos bay!
The ground floor has a spacious open plan living area with ,comfy sofas,satellite t.V., music/radio.And fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave,wine refrigerator, toaster, kettle and espresso/filter coffee maker.
The first master bedroom has a double bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower w.c. The bedroom has glass with beautiful views to the sea and swimminig pool.
The second Bedroom has twin beds(convertible to king).and en-suite bathroom with shower w.c.
On the first floor there is the third and fourth bedroom.
The third Master bedroom has double bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, wc . The bedroom has glass doors to a large balcony with superb sea and mountain views and to the swimming pool.
The fourth Master bedroom has double bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, wc . The bedroom has glass doors to a large balcony with superb sea and mountain views and to the swimming pool.
