"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Forestville home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by the redwoods. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet still close to wineries, restaurants, and everything Sonoma County has to offer.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts. Sitting outside in the mornings and evenings was incredibly relaxing, and the property truly felt like a getaway. Inside, the home was very comfortable, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great to use, and every detail made the house feel welcoming and luxurious.Communication with the host was excellent the entire time, and check-in/check-out was seamless. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this property and making guests feel at home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Russian River / Sonoma area. Easily a 5-star experience!"

"We ended up here for a single Sunday night after our Bodega Bay stay ran short — not exactly a planned stop, but we needed three bedrooms and this fit the bill geographically. Unfortunately, it didn't leave a great impression. Coming off much nicer lodging in Bodega Bay probably raised the bar, but the issues here were real. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable, the decor felt tired, and the space was cluttered. The only TV was undersized for the room, and with five remotes on hand, none of them could lower the volume — it was so loud we ended up turning it off mid-NBA game. A $20 universal remote would solve all of that. The front door lock had a low-battery warning the entire stay, which had us genuinely worried about being locked out after dinner — a simple fix that shouldn't be left for guests to discover. The volume of emails from Expedia and ZenStay combined topped 20 for a single one-night stay. That's excessive by any measure."

"Such an awesome spot in wine country. Super close to Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and other great towns, and Forestville itself is really cool. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re out here wine tasting. Very dog friendly as well.Check-in was super easy, and the place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Great kitchen and rooms, plus a ton of really nice outdoor deck space to hang out. They also had an outdoor outlet near the driveway so we could charge our EV.The downstairs area was such a fun bonus, they’ve got float/raft supplies if you’re heading to the river, plus a Nintendo Switch and even an N64, which was a great throwback.Would 100% stay here again!"
