「Good」

「Annoda's Homes is a quiet getaway in Milimani, Kisumu. The host was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was full of creative surprises once she realized my appetite for healthy variety. This family property is well managed and full of pleasant spaces within the yard for small meetings and just quiet time. It is a place I would certainly return to.」

「There are two Metropak Hotels. The images show Breweries one which I presume is modern. I ended up in the other one but was too tired and wary to go to the Breweries hotel 」

「The property is pleasant to the eye at first glance but the front desk could really use improvement with their communication. For example, after signing the check in acknowledgment (pretty standard and the expedia fees were in order), I was visited by the front desk in my room where I was told there would be an additional per day package rate of 1500 shillings x the total number of days we planed to stay. I explained that it was improper to arbitrarily up charge without ever having mentioned it...

「This place was definitely not as advertised, it is not family friendly or safe for a foriegner, AND all you have to do is ask any local, i wouldnt stay and they would not give a refund, but if Hotels.com continues to advertise them falsely I will have not only the BBB .. I did take my family to a more reputable place across town」

「Clean quiet nice place」

「Wi-Fi available but make sure you ask for the password. We took 4 showers, and only got warm water once. Bed uncomfortable and mosquitoes were bad. 」

「Horrendous. Too hot. Falling apart. Infested. 」

「I was conned 10k. The hotel does not exist!!」

「I wish to let you know that the hotel was over booked and upto today. They have never refunded me my money. I was stranded in the middle of the night. 」
