「Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before.」

「清潔得一天 太少」

「Good」

「The mattress was surprisingly soft, and it was disappointing that the hotel couldn't get us a spared blanket. We were not able to properly sleep and rest throughout our stay here.」
