“Mrs. Nakamura was very communicative, helpful, and extremely generous providing delayed check out. The check in process went very smoothly, with photos of the hotel and street numbers making it especially for foreigners. The hotel was a short 10 minute taxi ride from Makuhari Messe convention center making it convenient. She did offer two bicycles as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it easy to get a good nights rest. Overall highly recommended!”

"雖然是因為抵達較晚所以在成田附近住一晚，但有免費機場接送很方便，新館跟本館是連在一起的，使用自助式辦理入住，雖然我是訂單人房但進去是兩張單人床跟一個2人座沙發，好大！ 早餐時段很多人，如果有要趕行程會需要評估有沒有時間吃，一樓大廳有31冰淇淋機和Lawson，東西種類很多，而且竟然有3種口味的筍巧克力。"
