About this space
Welcome to Ruby’s place, a newly renovated cottage, centrally located to all the seacoast has to offer. Located 1.5 miles to Portsmouth, 2 minutes to the Kittery outlets and a 10 minute drive to the beaches in York, you won’t run out of fun activities.
The space
A newly renovated cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, featuring an open concept livingroom and kitchen with cathedral ceilings. The home has a washer and dryer and bbq grill as well as a hot tub and firepit.

The entire house.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly, we have dog bowls, bags, wipes and a few toys in the pet bin located in the bottom drawer in the kitchen.

This newly remodled home was very well updated. It was very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space in the backyard and front porch were much enjoyed. The bedrooms were quaint and provided guests with small closets and a dresser space. The challenge was that one side of each bed is pushed against the wall due to space limitations. We worked around this but could present difficulty to any with mobility constraints. The home is within 20-30 minutes of many area attractions.

Wonderful stay

Pros: clean, newly renovated, fully equipped, washer and dryer in unit, easy access, close to freeway, enclosed yard, pristine hot tub. Cons: i would have liked a bit more privacy with curtains covering front and back door. Fyi: outdoor camera, did not notice any indoor camera
