“This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs.”

“This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds……

“Bigger than expected. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Quiet property. We had the pool and sauna to ourselves. Nice to be able to make snacks and breakfast.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit at your cottage. The location was superb, the furnishings comfortable, and our dog enjoyed sunning himself. No serious concerns, but some quirks: We didn't know if there were existing pantry items provided, so we acquired them from the local Hannaford. But, would suggest having some basics available, such as sugar and inexpensive spices. The instruction booklet for the cottage seemed to be for a different property, based on some of the references. “We booked this house for a family vacation. The beach is a very short walk across the road. The location was perfect. The house itself had more than enough room for our family consisting of 4 couples and 1 young child. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed. Highly, highly recommend this house for larger groups that need multiple bedrooms and the extra space. We will most definitely be booking again!”
