We enjoyed our stay with a great location at this beach house! Loved the beach and short walk there! Great layout and my children loved the area below the house to play! Nice observation deck and stocked well with household supplies!!!

Great stay

The property was wonderful and matched the listing. We loved that access to the beach was so close and the view from the house was beautiful. There are so many good restaurants very close by. The house was very clean, cozy and there was plenty of sleeping options for everyone. The area is beautiful and peaceful.

Great location, needs updated.

Overall we found this property to be in a great location with functional spaces. It served its purpose but was generally underwhelming. It appeared superficially clean, but desperately needs a deep clean and updating. Property manager responded promptly when there was an issue with the smoke detector.

Good AC and close to Beach

Plenty of room for our family of nine. Straight shot to beach access (one block walk). Road adjacent to home was long and quiet for walking our dog or taking a morning run.

Check-in was easy. The PM was communicative. The beds and linens were clean. The first impression is that the listing pictures must be a decade old. The house was absolutely filthy. I provided pictures to the PM of dirty walls, dirty bathroom floors with previous renters hair, dirty kitchen drawers and the worst carpet I have ever seen. The couches and carpet smelled strongly of urine and were quite unpleasant. The PM stated that the house had a deep clean a few months before but the dust caked on the walls and black floor vents and filters tell a different story. The kitchen was so poorly stocked I had to bring my own pots and pans.

Home Has Potential

This home has potential, great location, however needs a major overhaul on inside. Nice floor plan, however, house is older and it shows. Stained carpet needs replacing, screens on porch torn and ripped, one of the shades on porch had fallen down. Walls scuffed and in need of painting. Kitchen pans old and dirty. Furniture is old and appears 2nd hand. Open area under house strewn with debris. Exterior nice with wrap around deck.
