A chef’s dream with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, glassware, and a coffee setup for your morning brew.



Dining Room:

The dining area features a table and kitchen island that comfortably seats ten, making it perfect for group meals.



Master Bedroom:

A serene retreat with a king bed, nightstands, dresser, chaise lounge chair and a flat-screen with AppleTV loaded with streaming and games. The private master bath features a vanity, toilet, and walk-in tile shower.



Second Bedroom:

Ideal for kids or guests with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat-screen with AppleTV, and ample storage space.



Bathrooms:

Two well-appointed bathrooms, each with modern fixtures.



Outdoor Space:

Two decks with seating offer the perfect spots for outdoor relaxation. Enjoy a soak in the 7 person hot tub or rinse off in the outdoor shower. The yard provides ample space for play, and there’s parking for three cars in the driveway. Brand new pool with heat available. After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



Guest Verification with Truvi

Trust & Safety Fee

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Pet Policy

Dogs are welcomed with a $250 per pet, per week fee.
