“Great place to stay very friendly staff room was fantastic and the in the breakfast was unbelievable sausage, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, orange juice, coffee everything that you would expect at Denny’s was there great place to stay I’ve highly recommend it”

“You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to take a bath and the jets in the tub do not work. The outlet……

“This cabin is all about LOCATION. The view was incredible, but the beds and cabin, not so much. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was rusting. The bathroom didn't have a working vent fan. There were only 3 towels for 4 guests. But the location was wonderful. Looking over the beach, which was just out the door and across the parking lot. We only stayed for one night, but it was worth every penny.”

“ All the staff were very kind and friendly. The building has direct access to beach and beautiful sunset views. The room was very clean and up to date. Was first time ever seeing a bidet in any hotel before. It’s conveniently located close to local dining venues and grocery stores. There is a snack rack and drink cooler that aren’t overly hotel priced and a fresh variety continental breakfast. ”

“We liked this place so much we added an extra night. Great location with beach access, nice courtyard with fireplaces, great pool room, laundry facility, game room and pleasant staff. Would recommend! They have a restaurant in the same parking lot MIST but we didn’t try it, mattresses could use an update but not too bad ”

“Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in……
