“這次入住了頂樓及4樓的房型，空間都相當寬敞舒適，尤其是頂樓的觀景視野很好還可以走上去環視老城。廚房設備也相當完善，雖然沒有早餐但可到超市自己買食材準備。入住時有先預刷一筆押金，會在退房後刷退。住宿人員也相當友善的回應我們的問題，也協助我們預訂前往機場的接駁車，因為行李較多也會幫忙預訂較舒適的大車，大約是400多一人 減少拿行李奔波 相當划算。”

“Great location! The hotel is just a short walk to Prasna Brana and the Palladium Shopping Mall. There's a café right across the street and several restaurants nearby. Room included a small kitchen equipped with various utensils, like microwave and frying pan. It very convenient. The air conditioner will be off until May. We felt hot and contacted the Living team on the 2nd night, they responded promptly and brought us a fan. The team was very caring. Highly recommend staying here when you……

When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right. “Although the check-in place looked a bit doggy, the actual apartment was amazing! It was very spacious and well-decore, takes only 5 mins walk to the center of old town plaza, which is all the food and fun located. Has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. Although there was only 3 of us, the apartment we got can easily contain at least 10ppl, lucky us :D we had a great time there thanks to the old town apartment :)”

“Apartment located in the center of Prague. Most of the attraction are only by walk distance. It is because there are no reception in the apartment. So we have to go to there office to get a key. But there are very friendly to show us the room and show us all the attraction in Prague. We willing to stay here again when we go to Prague again.”
