Si l'emplacement est idéal (à seulement 10 minutes à pied du mall Pavilion pour les plus marcheurs, même s'il vaut mieux privilégier Grab ou Bolt pour les personnes âgées), l'expérience dans la résidence a été décevante. ​L'établissement souffre d'un surpeuplement massif de groupes de touristes indisciplinés, ce qui gâche le séjour. L'accès aux ascenseurs est un véritable calvaire au quotidien en raison d'une saturation constante. De plus, la piscine……
