“Un séjour très mitigé à la Résidence Eaton. Si l'emplacement est idéal (à seulement 10 minutes à pied du mall Pavilion pour les plus marcheurs, même s'il vaut mieux privilégier Grab ou Bolt pour les personnes âgées), l'expérience dans la résidence a été décevante.
L'établissement souffre d'un surpeuplement massif de groupes de touristes indisciplinés, ce qui gâche le séjour. L'accès aux ascenseurs est un véritable calvaire au quotidien en raison d'une saturation constante. De plus, la piscine……

“They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever.”

“Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead.
The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms.
Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze.
We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.”

“Pool: Poor condition!
Unit: Very clean.
Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts.
Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”
