"We like everything about this hotel. Great location, spacious accommodation and excellent staff. You can find everything you need in the Interlink building where the Double tree is located. Tara at PAULS bakery was amazing m. Walking distance from KLCC and the Petrona towers. Would definitely recommend. The Malay people are wonderful."

"We had a great weekend stay at Shangri La. It happened to be during a special Malaysia week food event at the restaurant that I read about on the flight into KL so we were able to take advantage of that and try so many things at once. Loved the iconic towers nearby. It’s not the easiest place to walk quickly to another restaurant but not too bad. Also Grab app made it easy to get rides. Husband loved the gym and yoga space. Room was very nice."

"Had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff were great, helped me move when i asked to be relocated without asking too many questions, location was ideal, right at the centre, close to the shopping centre and small food market..would go here again for sure if i were to go back to KL"

"Fantastic hotel situated close to Suria mall, KLCC Park and the convention centre. The hotel was very modern and had a good, well equipped 24/7 gym. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. The staff were really helpful. A nice touch was the buggy service to and from Suria mall."

"Poorly managed for morning queue for breakfast. There was a huge group and the queue was super long . Should have a separate queue for guests that is not part of the group. So chaotic and I have to miss my breakfast"
