“This is a very beautiful hotel and has amazing safari grounds. Rooms are beautiful, clean and inviting. Overall very expensive for what you get and has a lot of hidden fees on arrival. It is a shame that things such as breakfast or activities are not included or discounted with the significant cost of a room per night. We paid approximately AU$1500 per night and only received the hotel room. Even arrival drinks come at a cost. The experiences such as the safari tour and horse riding were……

“It was absolutely amazing. The meal vouchers and access to the fun park (minigolf and pools) was a plus. The serenity and privacy was well received. Room cleaning daily and replenishment of coffee/teas and toiletries. Shops on your doorstep made for less driving around for necessities. 5 stars for cleanliness.”

“Lovely little hotel, lovely staff. The only issue is that it seems to takes ages to get hot water ( i dont like wasting water) so i had a cold shower. Love the bar and all the interesting bits around, beautiful pool and garden.”

“Loved the apartment, especially the sun lounge area with huge sliding doors that open out to the sea. Comfortable beds. There is no air conditioning so it could use a fan or two in the apartment for comfort. Shower head had great water pressure. Property owners extremely kind and quick to respond to questions/needs. Felt very safe and secure. Great location, water park, food, shopping, beaches etc. Would definitely return to this place again. ”

“Very good reception service. We check in at 7:30 as that was too late to check in, the reception still opened for us. Room was very clean and tidy which has a nice view to enjoy Mossel Bay. The free breakfast was delicious.”
