"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"Lots of nice detail in the furnishings, everything needed in the room, lots of places to sit and hang out inside and outside, good food, great bread, very friendly staff, great recommendations for activities, nice pool. "

"Amazing hotel in a perfect location for both beginners and experienced skiers. The gondola is right outside. Genuine ski in and ski out and the pool was a great bonus. Staff amazing and the resort was great too. "

"Lovely hotel! I had a very spacious superior single room with balcony, with an amazing view! Great breakfast, great spa area. I enjoyed a lot the pool, water temperature was perfect and the size was enough for a relaxed swim. "

"Wir lieben das Sonnenalp , diesmal waren wir im Chalet- da bleibt kein Auge trocken! Ganz großes Kino !!! Und wieder mal hat uns das Personal komplett überzeugt und als Gastronomen bleibt uns nur zu sagen : Chapeau❤️ "
