「The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.」

「Nice hotel. Very accommodating to the different things I needed whilst staying. 」

「We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty...

「A lovely old building, unfortunately a mass renovation was happening when i stayed. Despite that it was still a nice stay. The staff were great, the restaurant good and the room nice.」

「Bedden waren hemels, vriendelijk personeel, heel propere badkamer, flexibel ontbijt. Een aanrader voor wie wil rusten」

「朝食は種類が多く満足です！ベッドもふかふか！ただ浴室でシャワーしてるにも関わらず床の排水溝から水があふれトイレ水浸しになりました。あと３泊4日で取ったのにも関わらず何故か泊まった次の日チェックアウトの電話がきたのでビックリしました！」

「Simple but modern hotel, rush to return laundry at 0600 next day as need to leave for airport. Good variety of food for breakfast. Near to good eateries nearby. Water flow for shower too low.」
