“This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. It is evident that this chain does an excellent job in training staff to meet the needs of its clientele. The room was very comfortable with everything in great working order. The facilities were excellent and the vibe was very relaxed. There is tonnes to do on Koh Chang, and the hotel was very helpful in getting me a rental car at a very good rate. I……

“1-浴室沒有擺放盥洗用品的地方，也沒有可以擺放衣物的地方。 2-房間的門窗太多，窗簾的隱蔽性又不夠有縫 3-床單有潮濕的感覺 4-櫃檯接待人員只有兩個人有笑容，其他的人都沒有笑容,上遇到的工作人員也是沒有笑容也不會打招呼。 5-上廁所的時候手機沒有擺放的地方 6-沒有刮鬍刀。 7-早餐毫無變化。每天都都一樣。”

“這間青年旅館的員工非常友善，櫃台的人員也很友善，連續住了4晚，一切感覺很棒，只是床位有時候會有螞蟻出現，但很少啦，沒影響到睡眠”

“订的是二楼，到酒店后只有1楼了，还好酒店的环境非常好，室内装修稍微老但是整体感官还是不错的，很有泰国特色，下次还会选择入住，前台的中文接待帮了大忙了，很多事情都是找她请教。酒店的周边配套稍有不足。”

“飯店內設施很多，早餐在沙灘旁餐廳用餐，氛圍非常的棒，房間也打掃的很乾淨，唯一美中不足的是，有滑水道的游泳池太早關了，其他一切都很好！”
