"Excellent stay. Staff was very informative and attentive without being intrusive. Fresh granola bars out, along with s'more kits to use near the coffee bar at the Zabriskie house. Everything is in walking distance but they did offer shuttle service to most things I believe. The spa was amazing. Spent almost all day there before our treatment in and out of the various hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, steam room & tranquility room. Will be returning. "

"The host was great and available for any questions we had. The house was perfect for our group and made it easy to do Seneca and Cayuga lake wine tours. House had a lot of amenities and we really didn’t need to bring anything more than our clothing and food. "

"This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. The pier and beach fire pit was fun and relaxing on a crisp fall evening. The only challenge at this place is that you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The host is upfront about this. It was not a problem for our group of 3 couples and small dogs. But it could be slightly challenging for famlies with small children and high energy pets. Overall this place exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it for a getaway to wine county in the Fingerlakes. "

"Everything about this property was great. The host, Janice, definitely went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She added nice touches to the property, had great communication, and made the check-in process seamless. She really ensured everything was taken care of so we could just relax and focus on our vacation. The property itself is as close to the water as you can get and is great for kids, pets, and fun for adults. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"The location was amazing - so nice to be able to walk out and get on the water. The house also was cute and had everything that we needed- which made for a comfortable stay. Only about 20 mintues from everything we wanted to do in the area. Deana was easy to contact and responded quickly to the minor issue we had. Looking forward to visiting again in the future! "
