"Breakfast should be at least until 11. In the bathtub, there should be a mat or bathmats inside the bathtub, as the bathtub was extremely slippery."

"Good breakfast and safe environment but best of all was the friendly smiling staff that checked me in at 2pm and out the next day at 11am. She also when we asked, gave us information about a restaurant we asked about. Based on her answer we went there to eat."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room I booked was a bit far for my husband who has limited mobility. They were nice enough to change it to a room on the first floor. The room was fairly clean except behind the toilet, which could have used a mop. Also it was set up kinda weird. They had to carve a piece out of the bathroom door for it to close otherwise it would hit the toilet LoL. Breakfast was nice. Something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again."

"AC worked. Toilet and sink worked. Clean bed. Windows dirty. Curtain stained. Three holes in the wall. Stain in tub and noisy bathroom fan made it not possible to take a shower. But the worst part- there was no smoke detector. It appears it was removed and not replaced. Had I noticed it earlier yesterday I would have requested a different room. I shouldn't have to pay for this visit."

"Didn’t care so much for the fact that the rooms were not throughly cleaned a daily basis. One day they picked up the trash in the room and didn’t make the beds or swap out towels. Another day the made the bed and didn’t empty trash or switch towels. Another day they swapped towels and left trash in the trash can and the bed unmade. Couldn’t keep up with what to expect when I left the room and returned. I thought this should be a standard practice across the board. So for that they get a “no” star for their strategic room cleaning process. The price to stay in the room didn’t decrease but instead had increased, however less customers support is offered. "

"The hotel was absolutely amazing the staff is friendly. Breakfast starts at 7:00 which I think is an hour too late. The beds are hard as a rock."

"Room and hotel were clean but this hotel has paper thin walls and there were constant disturbances. The conference room at this hotel had been rented for the night but the party was all over the hotel. The staff tried to contain the noise but it was too much for them. Very noisy hotel. Only book if you can sleep through noise. "
