“The booking was for 2 days and short notice. Hotel was fully booked. Staff at checking were on personal phone playing loud games and seemed troubled to check me in. Sheets were stained and room was over all dated. Seems like they may be in the process of renovations but not in a hurry. Breakfast was deplorable. Only coffee, cereal or make your own waffles no other cooked or hot items. They don't have a stash of snacks to purchase aside from the vending machines. Expensive machines.”

“Our stay was great . Pillows were perfect. The bed was perfect. It met our expectations!”

“The room was old and dingy had a moldy smell when we walked in housekeeping in that room for check-in was OK and the living spaces but I found someone’s used washcloth under the bathroom sink. also, the outside door stuck you had to use Force to open it, and the screen door kept popping off the balcony area is not taken care of at all in the room. The price of the room for two nights at almost 450 a night did not match the standards that we were greeted with. If I’m paying this much for a room,……

“Beds were uncomfortable and on a metal box platform that made a hollow banging noise when moving. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was it had a pool. When we arrived the Pool was green and unusable but it was not noted at time of booking. Not what I expected from a hotel chain.”

“To start the hotel didn’t have anyone at the desk, check in was done through a kiosk style system. The room was dirty and smelled. The comforter had stains on it and the bed had hair in it when we removed the comforter. The carpet felt sticky when walking on it. We stayed on the property long enough to find a room somewhere else and checked out. They would not issue a refund because they said that we had been checked in for 45 minutes before we came back to the kiosk to ask for a refund. Stay……

“Lobby is clean, well kept, staff was very professional, air conditioning worked, and room was clean.”

“All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring yet another realignment. The two chairs in the room (one a rolling desk chair and the other one a causal chair) were very uncomfortable. The seats in both were very hard and sitting in either one……

“Nice place to stay if you are passing through or doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. There was nothing wrong with this property during my visit. The only issue was the duck poop outside that covered the parking lot and entrance into the hotel.”
