“I was impressed with this Super 8, it was nicer than others we have stayed in.”

“There was dirty Kleenex in the sheets and the comforter was stained. The hot tub was broken. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We were put in a wheelchair accessible room with an adjoining room unnecessarily - there was only one spot to put luggage for three people. We were supposed to be in a double queen and pullout couch room. They put us in the farthest spot from the front of the hotel and hollered at us to bring the roller cart back. “The things that I noticed was, we did not have room service. We had no clean towels and our tub and toilet didn’t look clean. My sheets had small holes in them and the TV remote wasn’t working.”

“Building and location was very good, room very comfortable, unfortunately breakfast was not great, we had breakfast around 8:00 AM, and both eggs and bacon or sausage was cold. Overall our stay was good”

“Trash was overflowing the receptacle at the main entrance and stinking. I had to make trips to the front desk for Kleenex and a set of bath towels. The bathtub was dangerous, no bathmat and the safety bar pulled away from the wall. There was a metal spring sticking outside the mattress. I checked out after one day but Super 8 refused to credit or refund the remaining days (because it was booked through Expedia). Steer clear of this fleabag.”

“The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again.”

“Hot tub was not o0en and no elevator for ADA”

“Everything was clean, convienient* and completely suited to our means. *Not your problem, but why can't they make a tv remote that doesn't require an entire visit to figure out how to use it?”

“Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating”

“Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee. However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to.
