“Great hotel, bar and restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent service throughout our stay. Room was clean, well equipped, comfortable and modern. It would have been nice to have had the heating on when we arrived but appreciate that we’d recently had a change in weather. Bar has wide selection of drinks and food is excellent. Views are fantastic on a clear day and outdoor seating is available. Would (and have) happily recommend to friends and family”

“We were greeted by mark on arrival who checked us in his customer service was excellent showed us up to our rooms and explained everything with a full compliment of snacks left in our room.The rooms were spacious and cleaned meticulously. We went to the bar restaurant for food and drink and the staff food and service were excellent.we thought Charlton would be quite isolated bet we were mistaken plenty to do with lots of other restaurants and pubs around the area.I will be booking again to stay……

“A great place to stay. I arrived a little early and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent, I recommend the cheese and onion pie! The room was great, I booked the room with a view and it was worth it. Would happily stay again!”
