「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「已經是第二次入住，員工非常親切友善，酒店提供的早餐非常棒，絕對值得一試。酒店位置非常接近市中心，附近食肆林立，購物中心也近，十分方便，期待下次再來!!」

「Quick check in, room spotless, quality bed linen and towels. Very quiet at night. Good night's sleep in very comfortable bed. Good at bar next door was excellent.」

「It was just what we needed. Easy to find and a lovely position. It wasn't too far from everything but was not in the madness of the city. Huge room and well cleaned and always organised by the time we returned each day 」

「The Pine Marten is very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel building is separate from the pub so no noise. The bedroom was clean with all facilities. The bed was (unlike in some hotels) very comfortable. Had continental breakfast each day at £6 odd. It was adequate but no yoghurt mixed with berries like at Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Also the music being played was dire . Funeral music 」

「住縮非常污糟，樓下酒吧有很多飲醉的人嘈吵尖叫到半夜時份都不能入睡，而且房門外有很多閒雜人等，感覺治安很差，除了價錢平宜外，其他一概一文不值，有生以來不會再入住了」
