「The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't...

「Really pretty resort and the buffet breakfast is excellent. However, the dinner doesn't taste good and too expensive, there is not other choice near resort. We need to go town for meal」

「I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. I am sure either they didn't wait until they are dry to put the cases on. The AC was leaking water on my bed and the bathroom was very nasty.」

「Everything was perfect until you try and leave the property. I checked out at 12 and went the long tail boats. They told me since I was only one person that I needed to pay 800 baht to go to Ao Nang. I did not want to pay 800 to go around corner so I waited for more people to come but no one showed after 1 hour. I finally decided to walk thru the jungle trail with my luggage to Railay beach where there are more people. There, the boat captains were pushy and rude and asking for 200 baht...
