“Unfortunately, our experience at this villa wasn’t great. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the kitchen and laundry area completely flooded because the washing machine drain hose wasn’t connected. We spent a long time cleaning up water and wringing out towels. Even after reconnecting it, the washer still leaked. “Ching was fantastic with communication -she will organise anything you need - tuk tuks, taxis, trips, chefs to cook for you (recommended), massages too. She will get straight back to you once messaged.
Villa is clean, very spacious, bedding & bedrooms & bathrooms very comfortable. Washing machine for use, wifi, pool towels, all excellent.

“Our experience began at the airport when Fon was late to pick us up leaving us waiting with our 4 kids. We were delivered directly to the house where Fon promptly rushed off. We had no food and no offer to take us grocery shopping. After a few hours we telephoned back to request a drive to pick up some food.
