" close to the beautiful beach. Unfortunately our bungalow was far away, next fo a scooter parking lot. Room was old and Dirty. Hasn't been cleaned in 5 days. Some of the other rooms looked nicer. Most of the personal was nice. Our welcome tho was quite unfriendly."

"We loved A La Koh Kood. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Robert was amazing. The food at the resort was so good. We loved th chicken cashew nut and the shrimp tempura. The room was clean and spacious. We used the main sitting area in our bungalow every night. The beach was stunning. The only negative would be the access road coming into the resort. It was a 10 min very bumpy uneven road. This is not the resorts fault though...the government is responsible for the road and doesnt fix it."

"Extremely overpriced. Pool is impressive, food was lovely but the room amenities were very basic for what we paid (no robes, slippers, hair dryer, body wash etc.) and the service was not at all what we expected for the price which was very wxpens Laundry took 3 days to be returned to us, food took quite a while, we also felt we were overcharged for what we thought would be free (cold buffet on New year's eve). Overall, beautiful island and surroundings but not a luxury hotel, definitely better...

"Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious...
