Le plus la piscine car impossible de se baigner sur cette île très sale. Le moins, le prix de la chambre excessif, pas d eau chaude, moyennement propre, pas de WiFi dans les chambres. Petit dejeuner moyen. Produit servis non décongelé. Le personnel est gentil. Pour 47 euros, c est beaucoup trop cher. Tt est vetuste et poussiéreux. Ne vaux pas plus de 30 euros. Dommage !!!

Nice hotel in paradise island

Typical Thai hotel, stuff can be litle more friendlier, but nothing bad. It's located almoust in jungle, so you probably find some interesting animals and insects in your room. Pool was clean and beach near.

Great pool, sub par room

Great pool and grounds, but sub par rooms. My room was beautiful from the outside, nice patio, but had at least 5 huge holes in the wall, paint scratched off the walls, and tons of mosquitos in the room/bathroom. This place looks close to town on a map, but is about a 10 minute taxi ride into town (50 baht each way). The restraunt is over priced and not great. Go next door to dada restaurant to eat, as there is nothing else close by. The beach that it is located on is quite dirty and rocky, I would not swim in it. As I said, it has a great pool, which is where I spent most of my time until I moved to a hotel closer to town and on a nicer beach.

Coconuts kept falling, need to trim the trees. We had 2 fall while walking under the trees and 1 fall later while we were outside.

Relax a ko mook

Struttura accogliente con vista mare ma il mare non è accessibile per la presenza di rocce o di bassa marea. Per raggiungere la struttura gli ultimi 200metri non sono asfaltati e poco praticabili a piedi. Bellissima piscina rialzata e buona colazione. Peccato non aver potuto utilizzare il terrazzino della camera per l'eccessivo numero di zanzare.

Een onderkomen resort dat nadat het geregent had te bereiken was via een modderpad of een pad langs het strand waar de rotzooi lag en stonk. Voor strandbeleving is dit resort ook niet geschikt. Bij eb is het een drooggevallen wad en stinkt het. Enige positieve was de prijs, het goede uitgebreide ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel die me toch erdoor getrokken hadden anders was ik eerder vertrokken.

Probably best value island hotel..Could be better

I normally give just brief details for hotels, but this is an unusual one, so I will give a bit of detail. We travel for months each year and in a way, this is one of the most frustrating hotels we have stopped at. All the ingredients are there for a great place, it just does not quite work. POSITIVES ... Great big pool, fantastic well maintained gardens and settings, food was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful when asked to do things, free breakfast was great with endless choice. NEGATIVES .... Cleanliness, although the sheets and towels etc were very clean, our room was not serviced sometimes although there were four ladies in reception all day and we were the only guests on that day !!! Rooms not cleaned thoroughly (e.g. a bird must have gotten into our bathroom w before we arrived and there was crap on the floor .. It was still there when we left 4 days later. The rooms are just a bit run down with holes in the wall, old fashioned furniture, stains on walls etc. This could easily be fixed in a day or two to make the rooms really nice. In summery, we would stop here again ... Yes as it represents great value for money with a lovely outdoor area although if on the island for 4 days again, we would probably have 2 nights here and 2 on Charlie beach area. It could be so much better with good management ensuring a better attention to detail, pro active better trained staff which alone could lift its ratings deservedly much higher

Bad night’s sleep, great pool

Great room and pool was fantastic. A little out of town but nearby restaurant is great and can help with travel plans. Main downside and it’s a BIG one is the number of stray dogs that hang around at night and make a lot of noise. This place would be so much nicer if you could have a quiet night’s sleep.

Nedgånget

Mycket nedgånget, trots att jag bokade det ”finaste” rummet. Restaurangen var stängd då jag var där, det stod inget om det på nätet. Det ingick ingen hämtning från piren, vilket det oftast brukar göra ifall hotellet ligger en bit bort från ”centrum”. Hit åker jag inte igen.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Sijainti oli hyvä, jos tykkää rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta, pieni paikallinen kauppa löytyi ihan nurkalta. Hotelli tarjosi kyytiä 50baht/henkilö ja soittivat taksin puolesta. Hotellin ranta matala, uintia siinä ei voi harrastaa. Allas oli puhdas ja hienolla näköalalla varustettu. Huone oli vanha, mutta puhdas. Olimme "budjettimatkalla" joten otimme halvimman huoneen, ei ilmastointia mutta tuuletin katossa oli. Sängyt siistit, kaikki toimi Ok. Bungalowi oli aivan altaan vieressä, oli helppo käydä pulahtamassa.

Staff super friendly and pleasant

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girl named "shampoo" spoke good English and was always available. Her co-workers Nam and Name were also very useful.

Scruffy resort with nice pool

Upon arrival the room we booked was not available. We had to have a twin room instead which didn't have the pool/seaview as stated. We insisted on a complimentary breakfast which they gave us without hesitation. Do not expect luxury at this resort, as previously stated the rooms are tired and basic. They were however functional and comfortable. The pool itself was lovely and we often had it to ourselves and the sunbeds were padded nd comfortable. The pool area was very untidy, empty beer bottles lying around for a few days. The breakfast was the usual options and very nice. With a little tlc this resort could be so much better. My personal opinion this hotel is twice the price it should be and the other resorts on the island also. We knew this in advance by looki g at reviews and are still glad we came as the island is beautiful. The family at Sugars cafe are great for booking private longboat trips, lovely food and drinks too!

Koh Mook resort is a bit removed from the village and beach on the other side of the island. The water near Koh Mook Resort is very low during the day, making it impossible to swim in. The pool is a nice alternative. Not a bad place to stay, but not the best quality either.

Île restée authentique loin du tourisme de masse. On a apprécié les rencontres chaleureuses avec les locaux. Ile agréable pour ses quelques plages et les chemins de randonnée.

Hôtel désert

Juillet 2016 , nous arrivons sur Ko muk , il pleut , le touriste ne court pas les rues. Arrivé à l'hôtel , nous sommes "accueillit" puis intégrons les lieux . Nous sommes les seuls occupants et l'hôtel donne l'impression d'être en sommeil à cette époque . L'eau de la piscine ou la piscine elle-même est verte ! Ensuite plus personne a la réception , débrouillez vous . Nous avons tout même le lendemain matin 2 personnes pour nous servir le petit déjeuner ,mais nous ne restons pas . Tout compte fait cet ensemble a du potentiel mais n'est pas exploité à cette époque de l'année , je pense qu'en haute saison ça doit être bien différent . Nous ne sommes resté que 3 jours sur cette ile , le temps était beaucoup trop couvert et pluvieux . Dommage !

Bungalowen var ok men inte mycket mer än så. Det var glipa mellan vägg och tak i badrummet så kom ihåg att tända lampan en stund innan du går på toa... Räkna inte med att kunna bada vid stranden, det är extremt lågvatten från em till tidig morgon (tur att det finns pool!). Hotellet ligger väldigt off men hotellet hjälper till med tuk-tuk och longtail. Inne i byn ligger ett fåtal restauranger och någon affär men räkna inte med mycket liv och rörelse, hit kommer man för att vila upp sig. Jag kommer inte att återvända till detta hotell, det finns andra med bättre lägen.

Vi har ikke rigtig noget pænt at sige, bortset fra om poolen og de rene håndklæder. Nedslidt sted, mærkelig service, elendig wifi, bruseren sendte kun 2-3 stråler vand ud, stranden kan ikke bruges pga. tidevand. Kedelig morgenmad, myrer i sengen om natten. Vi spiste de fleste måltider hos naborestauranten, også for at bruge deres wifi.

Besviken och absolut inte prisvärt.

Koh Mook Resort var en stor besvikelse. Om man bortser från det, inte så lilla, faktum att stranden som hotellet ligger vid är helt omöjlig att bada på så ligger hotellet väldigt "off". Sista biten till hotellet är en gropig sandväg. Just avsaknaden av "badbar" strand tycker jag nog att de olika hotellsidorna borde upplysa om. Rummen/bungalowsen är väldigt spartanska och har varit i behov av renovering under en längre tid. Vårt rum hade många skador och halva räcket på altanen saknades. Vattentillgången är begränsad och det är inte mycket tryck i duschen. Wifi var extremt långsamt när det väl fungerade. Visserligen är inte hotellet det dyraste precis men även för den penningen det kostar är det inte värt det.

Det är en billig sida av ön. Ingen direkt badbar strand men om man tycker om att promenera så var det en stig till en mysig lagun.. Bra moppe tuk tuk som kan forsla dig runt ön om du inte har moppe..

Das Frühstück und der Service waren der Witz schlechthin... Das Hotel an sich ist für die dortigen Verhältnisse vor allem wegen des neuen grossen Pools und der Ruhe zu empfehlen
