「What a fantastic stay! This place is a real gem in terms of being a short walk to the fun of Chaweng but secluded enough to be a haven of relaxation. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and it was a real highlight of our trip. 」

「The room is clean and spacious. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However, cleaning staff is not attentive (I ate fruit in the room and the table was still sticky the next day, amenities were not replaced consistently). On weekends, music from neighboring parties is heard (and felt!) in the rooms until late. The pool situation does not work: the best day beds are reserved for a minimum spend even if they stay empty all day. The pool beds are crowded and people are smoking...

「This was in a great location to be near all the hustle and bustle. Direct beach access and awesome pool. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but other than that, this was a great place to stay. Very much feels like Vegas on the beach in a way for how busy it was. Nightly fire dancing. Clubs and music. Bars an restaurants. Fun place to stay 」

「我很少給一間酒店高評價，不得不說，一開始辦裡入住，人員非常熱心，以及打掃房間阿姨，就算我好幾次忘記放置小費，也不會因此少了用品，不過後來都有放置床頭小費。另外酒店人員都會跟你熱心打招呼，每晚派人送海灘巾到房間門口，甚至酒店熱水不夠熱，人員積極處理，酒店人員服務給我的感覺，大家都很自動自發做事，不分你我。我最後請酒店大堂人員喝飲料及放置小費，辛苦他們了。」

「Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing.
