“B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. I’m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and it’s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. “My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!”

“The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Town of Kapolei 10 min away by car so very convenient for groceries and other amenities. The unit was well stocked with beach toys/cart/floaties and spices/seasonings in the kitchen. Spacious kitchen/living area and nice layout with 2 large ensuites. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms My only suggestions would be that the cleaning could be a little more attentive as……

“This condo was perfect for our family of 7! The lanai was amazing,we kept the doors open ! Beautiful relaxing view. We all had room to spread out yet feel together. We cooked a few nights and made most lunches and breakfasts. The kitchen was fully equipped. We used the gym,both pools and the hot tubs daily. Getting to the beach was so easy and not crowded at all. We could walk to neighboring properties (Marriott and A'ulani) for dinner and dole whips and go back to our own quiet beach! Also……

“We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. We will always have fond memories of our stay……

“We had an excellent stay at Ko Olina and would be happy to book this unit again if we ever return. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. The layout was comfortable and noise from neighbors was minimal. We swam a lot in the pool and the lagoon. The unit was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc and there was a wagon to make it easy to bring everything down to the beach. We had everything we needed for cooking and the views from the lanai were stunning! We stayed……

“We love the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. We've been looking at staying at this condo the last two times we were in Ko Olina and finally did it. It's going to be hard staying anywhere else now! Alfred was so wonderful communicating with us before our trip. The condo was pristine, with books and puzzles for the kids. There was a basket of any beach accessory you could need. We watched whales while we sipped coffee every morning. Sun tanned on one deck and enjoyed some shady relief on the other.……

“We had a great stay at the Beach Villas - the resort is so wonderful. Only comments for this particular villa for future guests is we never received the remote for a TV that we mentioned was broken. It was taken by the onsite manager to no resolve, so as a guest, make sure all the equipment works during walkthrough. The hideabed is perhaps rusty as it would lock up easily and as an older couple, we had to ask for maintenance to come help open it - might be time to get a new one. The pillows for……

“The Beach Villas condos are a beautiful property. The units are very well built, with deluxe amenities. This is our second time staying at The Beach Villas. We are impressed with the privacy of the units and there is no noise from neighbors. The units have everything you need from cooking convenience to beach supplies. The pools and hot tubs are well maintained and the lagoon and beach are just steps away. Whether you are booking a family vacation or trip for two, I highly staying here.”

“We loved our stay regardless of a couple hiccups. Our Wi-Fi/internet wasn’t working til the next afternoon after checking in and the floors didn’t seem very clean, but the greeter let us in the unit while the housekeeping was cleaning. I think the housekeeper didn’t want to bother us so she hurriedly cleaned up. Also, the washer/dryer was fairly small, but did the job as we did several loads of wash. The nice thing about this place is the koi pond where they let people feed the koi twice daily……

“Our unit had a very good view of the ocean. We were able to view sunsets and sunrises from the lanai. The property is equipped with everything you need for a beach stay as well as great appliances and well stocked kitchen essentials. Beach towels are available. Everything was here for the keiki- highchair, stroller, toys, books, coloring books, plates, cups, utensils. Rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms are very spacious. Property managers left some nice snacks and a birthday cake for my husband- much……

“My wife and I have experienced many VRBO properties and this one is truly exceptional, The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and very modern. The grounds are peaceful with two swimming pools, hot tubs, lush tropical landscaping and coy ponds. The area itself away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu with plenty of great very good restaurants near by. Keith and Nalani truly exemplify the the hospitality of Hawaiian tradition.
