"For us this property was perfect. It’s a short taxi boat ride from tonsai pier which will run you 100 baht. Beautiful beach which was great for snorkeling. Easy to get on a tour if you’d like or do a hike into the main town. Great staff, very friendly. "Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...
