The room is a bit old, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping has to be requested at the front desk the day before, otherwise is on the third day of the stay. In general is good an 8/10.

Great hotel and staff right on the Rhien.

Two nights in Koblenz. The hotel was great and only 15 minutes from either Old Town or HBF. Great traditional restaurants in the old town. Staff were fantastic and the hotel very tidy.

Lovely hotel, basic gym

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff but super basic gym, not even any free weights at all. One cable multi gym and some cardio machines. Great location by the river.

Nice room, Good location albeit right next to a major road. The hotel is old, the air con somewhat asthmatic and the lifts are tired but it still has a certain late 80’ies charm. Amazing view of the river

Great beds. Restaurant service and food were terrific. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Underground paid parking. Small drawback, soap on the wall next to the sink Is positioned so that it’s difficult to pump. Would recommend this hotel strongly.

A not too nice building (architecturally speaking) houses a fine hotel with nice rooms. Good bed, a very nice shower and always a plus for someone with contact lenses, a well-placed magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. The staff activated the wellness facilities in the basement especially for us, we had our little private sauna that way and that was very much appreciated. Within walking distance of the city center and the Rhine/Musel merge, we loved our stay at the Mercure Hotel Koblenz.

Hotel in general was nice and clean. Room was fine, but the air conditioning isnt the greatest. Good views from the room. The river walk is 5 min from hotel. Compared to the several other hotel breakfast buffets I've done so far this is very expensive. The bar area was a good place to watch the Euro cup games. The bar tenders were very nice, but would leave for 10-15 min at a time leaving people waiting for tabs or to order.

Good cleanliness❤️ and breakfast. Room beside lif was very noisy/loud and no hair conditioner, not even when specifically asking for it from reception. Complimentary minibar: sugar soda and beer only. Smiles from staff would light up any time of the day.

Room was average at best windows were locked in the closed position so unable to get air circulation around the room . Staff and checking in wasn’t an issue, breakfast was ok but quite expensive a lot of building work been carried out in the surrounding area which ruined the view but not the hotels fault although it would have been nice to be informed

Could have been alot nicer with just a few changes

Inside hotel was clean. Outside needed a lot of care and is not as photos show. Room was not cleaned one of the days out of the 4 nights we stayed and mini bar was not restocked. However compensation was taken of our bill for this. Somehow my purse ended up at reception, we received a call in the room at midnight when we were asleep telling us we needed to go to reception and had no idea why. I appreciated getting my purse back and luckily my cards were still there but money was missing. Most disappointing thing was not being able to use the garden area or to buy a drink (hot or cold) during the day as bar didn’t open until 5pm

A lovely hotel, nice staff. Very comfortable room and bed with tea/coffee making and fridge. Clean bathroom. The location is right on the river, unfortunately there are bridge works which make it a bit further to walk to river as some routes are closed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cable car and boat departures.
