“Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!”

“The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. "We had an amazing experience at Ada Cave Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us the welcome fruit again after we initially missed it—it was a lovely touch. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, making it very convenient for us. We’re also grateful for the prompt assistance when we forgot our towel after check-out, and we want to thank the cleaning staff for their help. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing how much the hotel cares for the local cats. Meeting the beautiful long-haired cat and spotting the pregnant calico on your IG posts warmed our hearts. It’s wonderful to see the kindness extended to the animals in the area. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to return in the future!"
