“Water leak from the roof and they gave the villa in spite of this which got changed to a different villa the following day. This villa did not have proper working bathroom lights and they could not fix it other than leaving a temporary light.”

“The setting is beautiful, quiet, amidst lush nature. The arrangements are eco friendly, yet extremely comfortable. Love the views over the valley from the cabin veranda. Staff is courteous and helpful. The naturalists and nature hikes are outstanding. Food is excellent with so many choices. Definitely recommend highly.”

“They charge for a 5 star experience and provide you with a 2 star experience. Everything is too expensive for the facilties that they provide. The place and location is good, rest everything is just mediocre. ”

“Had a great time staying at this resort. Since there were only three rooms occupied during our stay, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which made the experience even more relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was really good, and the dinner options were convenient and tasty as well, so we never really needed to leave the resort. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with a very relaxing atmosphere.”

“I found the room pleasant, but could have been hair-free, tv not working, wifi very poor, 2 members of staff in restaurant not very friendly, timing of food very rushed once ordered, starters came, half way through, mains came, soon after tired fruit salad came along, madev was excellent, helpful and friendly. ”
