“Front desk clerk was a very nice young man. The hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. The only complaint I have is, I didn't have a blanket. This was a last minute stay, because the Travelodge Hotel’s room was dirty. ”

“I was in town for a friend's wedding and had a great stay at The Carriage House at Parker's Place. It was quiet and clean. It was also near most of the attractions in the city and centrally located. Overall, I would definitely stay again when in town. Easy parking off the alley and nearby neighborhood is nice with historic houses. My only complaint, and this is relatively minor, is there was no closet to hang clothes. Typically, I don't need this when traveling, but I didn't have a good place……

“I travel to Jeff City weekly for work and this little gem was within walking distance. The house is quite old, as are all in the neighborhood, but the interior is nice. Can't say much for the neighborhood. Very few maintain their yards and there are empty or broken alcohol bottles all over. However, it's quiet during the business week so no complaints there. I can't very well blame the owners for the neighborhood, just providing some details. They've been very responsive to all of my questions……

“We loved staying in this farmhouse on our trip to Jefferson City (just 15-20 minutes away)! The property had a lot to offer, especially if you have kids! Everything was as described and better with all the little touches that make a getaway that much better. I enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. I slept right through the storms in a comfy bed with high thread-count sheets. My teenage daughter enjoyed sitting in the sun room to write her novel! And when the tornado warning came through……
