Coconut beach

La chambre est un peu vieillot mais propre. 2 très belles piscines, situé face à la plage. La nourriture est vraiment très bonne. L hôtel est loin de tout mais pour la tranquillité c est un bon endroit

Very nice, pools lovely beach atea kept clean daily. Locality a bit remote although there is a hotel chargeable bus.very friendly people. Weather warm to hot with breeze. Room lovely. A very nice holiday by Expedia, flights, excellent by Cathay Pacific.

The staff and the grounds were very good. It had well maintained gardens and good cleanliness. The pools were ok, the steps to exit the main pool were a bit rickety, and with the swim up pool you had to walk along everyone’s patio to enter and exit. There was a swim up bar at the swim up rooms, with a 1 til 2 happy hour, however the seats weren’t very comfortable on the patio, so not somewhere you would like to spend long sitting. The pool loungers were ok, but no cushions so not ideal for a whole day sunbathing. They did have 4 circular loungers, but get up early to bag one of those. The beach wasn’t bad, but had lots of seaweed in and on the beach. The worst thing for me, really, was the rooms. The bed was incredibly hard, and I asked if they had a topper. They kindly put another duvet under the sheet, which helped soften it up a bit. The rooms are probably in excess of 20 years old, and feel it! The white plastic fittings in the bathroom are now a grubby yellow colour, the shower isn’t up to much and the furniture is decidedly old. We were booked in for 10 nights, but moved after 5.

Für mich war es einwenig zu abgelegen, man ist auf ein Roller angewiesen. Der Strand habe ich mir auch besser vorgestellt, ist schmutzig und hat viel abfall rumliegen. Wir hatten die Villa und die waren nicht so wie ich es mit vorgestellt habe, sind renovationsbedürftig! Dusche konnte man nicht richtig einstellen ging von sehr heiss gerade auf sehr kalt. Das Lavabo lief nicht richtig ab, die Badewanne überhaupt nicht schön! Die Fenster und Türen sind überhaubt nicht abgedichtet, haben öffnungen von bis zu 2cm, wo Eidechsen und andere Tiere immer reinkommen! Und auch wenn man den Umweltaspekt anschaut und man die Klima laufen lässt geht die ganze Kälte nach draussen da solche öffnungen vorhanden sind also geht viel Energie verloren. Der Pool ist auch renovationsbedürftig, da die plättlein im Pool abfallen und man sich daran verletzen könnte! Der Service sollte von alleine zu den Gästen gehen und nachfragen ob man noch was benötigt dies war auch nicht so der fall.

Very attractive property.The swimming pools are lovely and the restaurant/bar facilities are very pleasant. The masseuses are very skilful. However, the standard of housekeeping was inconsistent with items frequently forgotten. The bedsheets should be changed more often.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber das war ja genau unser Wunsch. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Es gab trotz Vollbelegung immer freie Liegen am Pool oder am Strand. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen gut. Es gibt somit nichts, was wir bemängeln könnten! Leider ist auch hier das Problem mit dem Plastikmüll im Meer wahrnehmbar, aber der Strand wurde täglich gesäubert! Die ganze Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!!!

War ein sehr schöner ruhiger Urlaub. Das Hotel ist sehr schön nur der Strand ist nicht so sauber und das Meer eher mit seegras voll. Ansonsten Top. Ruhige Lage des Hotel prima für Paare zum Relaxen für party Urlauber eher nix

Hotel is in need of some TLC... no lift to second floor so must carry your luggage up... so had to upgrade to pool room. Room floor very slippery to watch out as my wife and I both fell at different times...had to put towels down on floor in bathroom to avoid slipping. Too far/very far from everything Grounds well maintained....and picturesque....

Hotel zwischen Traum und Albtraum.

Das Gute zuerst: Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Pools sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten ein großes Bad. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr freundlich und bemüht sich den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Das SPA bietet sehr gute Massagen. Die Gartenanlage mit Hängematten ist gepflegt und schön. Neutral: Das Frühstück ist groß - allerdings keine Offenbarung. Es gibt einen Green Day. Wer sein Zimmer nicht reinigen lässt - erhält einen Getränkegutschein im Wert von 150 THB für das Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen von touristischen Zentren. Das negative: Die Preise im SPA Menu sind inkl. Rabatt - oder will das Personal einen über den Tisch ziehen? Sobald man das Hotelgelände verlässt, erwartet den Gast schreckliche Verschmutzungen. Die Cocktails zur Happy Hour werden in Plastikgläsern serviert und schmecken entsetzlich. Es gibt viele Algen nicht weit vom Strand - so macht das Baden nicht viel Spaß. Die Musik am Pool wiederholt sich ständig und ist zu laut. Der Check Out dauerte unglaubliche 30 Minuten.
