“LOCATION and overall size of this condo made it a perfect spot for our family anniversary celebration. Having the pool close by and the beach within walking distance was just what we wanted. Easy access to the walking path to head to the Poipu/Brennecke beach area or in the other direction to watch the morning sunsets. “The property was as good as advertised with the view of the ocean being the most spectacular feature. There were three items that detracted from our stay. The AC needs updating. The bedrooms upstairs were too warm during the day and the first half of the night. The TV in the primary bedroom is very frustrating to use. The channel guide doesn't work correctly, so we had to go channel by channel to find something. It takes about 5 seconds to move from one channel to the next. The downstairs……

“We were very impressed with the condo in Poipu. The location is excellent. It literally is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are walking paths everywhere to enjoy. The condo is large and fully equipped with everything you need. Every room is beautifully decorated. All of the bedrooms are large and each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is so nice. “Property is exactly like the pictures in listing. Very roomy and spacious for our group of 6; 4 adults and 2 teens. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked and had everything we needed. We had an amazing time, the living space and many terraces are great, fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and great. I was on crutches recovering from surgery and the elevator to the suite as well as the pool and gym were great. Proximity to beaches, parking and all of the visitor information was great. It was a little bit of a walk to the swimming pool but that was fine for us. Once you got there, the hot tub was large with plenty of room. “What an absolutely beautiful home and neighborhood! It had plenty of bedrooms for our family of 7+ baby. Very spacious open concept first floor main living area. Beautifully decorated and had everything that you could possibly need. Including all the beach gear to make our stay fun! We absolutely loved the glass doors that fully slide open. The outdoor space was fantastic! We spent the evenings out there, sipping on wine and playing Uno - topsy card game. And spent our mornings, sipping coffee……

“We were three couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries, so we were looking for a special place to stay. Kainani Villa #5 was perfect for our group. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. All three bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms with plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Likewise, the kitchen was well-stocked, clean, and very nice. We frequently used both the indoor and outdoor spaces which had more than enough lounging spots for the six of us. The setting……

The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average.
