“Our family all came to celebrate my wifes and I anniversary. We needed a property that would accomodate all of our family. We had a great time. The property location was great. Very close to stores including Costco, Walmart and Target. Very clost to the airport and the pier. Lots of space. The house was able to accomodate 11 of us. Allie was a great hostess. She always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Furthermore, there were many restaurants, hikes and beaches she……

“For my son‘s 21st birthday he said he wanted to stay away from the downtown crowds. I found this location, he was ecstatic. The place is immaculate outside, and the accommodations were great. The place is minutes from downtown, and an easy drive. There was fresh fruit and a nice welcome basket left for us. There is plenty of kitchen supplies. There are two security gates protecting the place, which the owners have provided a garage door opener for access; easy! We had a small water issue which……

“Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time”

“We traveled to Kona with 2 friends this trip and stayed at the listing. I was thrilled with the accuracy of the photos and views! The condo was beautifully furnished, there were ample towels and linens. The kitchen had every appliance and implement you would need if you wanted to cook for the week, not that we did. “Overall this property is amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again. Be warned, this is CLOSE to the water (and wave action) so if you are a light sleeper, you may find the waves & ocean sounds to be too loud. We love that, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Our main complaint was with the initial guests above us for the first couple days of our stay. They had an unruly child with them (temper tantrums) and he would stomp and wail and he really made things pretty……

“Loved this place. Nicely located. Owner was more than accommodating and always made you feel he was there for you. And they were. Property management was excellent. Views were priceless. Pools were extraordinary. All in all you won’t be disappointed. Only reason it didn’t get five stars across the board would be the loft. A little warm and door on bathroom made privacy a bit awkward. Also the close by beach isn’t all that. I had my grown adult girls there so they require a little more privacy.……
