"Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. Other than that, It was a great experience and the house was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. I wanted to thank you JT and his wife for hosting our group of six. It was a great experience especially it was snowing in May and we woke up with a great Mountain View."

For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental.
