"Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. "Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. "The property manager never sent an email the day before our stay to tell us how to get into the property,I ended up calling her for that information.The property was dirty inside.All the dishes we used had to washed due to grease and residue on them.We only had 2 towels in our unit which had other peoples hair on them,The window in our unit would not close.The bathroom sink was very small."

"We loved the property. It was quiet and clean. The furnishings and decor were reminiscent of Grandma’s home. The beds are all King size and comfortable. There is a large screen television and very comfortable sectional on which to enjoy a family movie night. We were able to walk to the grocery story and breakfast place. We were there to visit Capitol Reef. This property is about 25 miles from the park but it is a scenic drive. We can’t wait to visit again."

The cabin has ample beds. And the pond is a major plus for groups and kids. The concrete pad is awesome too for socializing and eating. Warm days and cool nights. Great place."
