"Christoph identified and notified me very early that the property had been doubled booked. However, rather than refund my deposit and leave me to find alternative accommodation he found me an alternative property in Altaussee and made all the arrangements. The alternative property was fantastic, very close to the lake, and we had a fantastic holiday in beautiful Altaussee."
