「The hotel did not honor the booking made through hotels.com website. There was only one caretaker and he said that they do not deal with the hotels.com any more. Then why was my booking accepted by your website? I had to cancel the trip and return.」

「Wir haben uns hier enorm wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer und Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wirklich sauber. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist. Wer vom Land kommt...
