「Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays. 」

「當天到達酒店的時間比預期時間晚了，但酒店職員很好，過程中發電郵保持聯絡，並有職員特意留下等候，為此表示欣賞和感謝！可是，酒店的地方較偏遠，而且辦理入住手續的位置與資料上的電話號碼位置不同，以致需要花上更多時間去尋找住處。酒店房間都很大，並設帶廚具，住客可以自行烹調，是此旅遊，租用了三間房間，每間房間的設備、間格不一，其中一間房間的環境較理想，可是另外兩間房間的環境則令人失望，同等的價錢，但未能享受同等的質素。除此之外，酒店還需另外收取暖氣費用（這是租借酒店時，沒有提及的）退房時，帶點混亂，直至回家才發現，酒店多收了錢，但畢竟已回家了，已無法再查詢或追討了T.T」

「It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. 」

「15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.」

「Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. 「I love this chalet in good size, perfect fit for 6 people, however, if there is one more shower room, will be even better. Bedding, sofa, floor, toilet are all perfect clean。 👍👍👍」

「The bedding provided was clean. The shower room was as small as a telephone booth, but it was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, but unfortunately the sponges were unsanitary. It would have been nice to have a home-use rice cooker. The atmosphere in the room was relaxing. Thank you.」
